Qualification Details

·         NQF Level: 4 (N4), 5 (N5), 6 (N6)

·         Duration: 18 months of theoretical study (6 months per level) followed by an additional 18 months of practical workplace experience, totalling 36 months to complete the diploma.

·         Accreditation: South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA)

Upon completing the National Certificate: Public Relations N4 – N6, students will be able to:

Assessment and Evaluation

o    Summative external exams conducted by DHET at the end of each semester.

·         Practical Component (workplace experience):
o    Supervised logbook and practical assessments during the 18-month practical period.

Mode of Delivery

SAAAC East London College offers part-time learning through online instruction, though all exams are taken at our accredited exam center.
